Book an Installation Appointment with the OFFICIAL Valley Tuning install crew!
Have your vehicle tuned by the Official Valley Tuning LLC staff. If you live within driving distance of our location, feel free to book an appointment in any of the available time slots. If its easier, we can meet you half way to save driving distance; message us if this is of interest to you.
After making your appointment, a staff member will reach out to you to confirm details. Please ensure that you are providing correct contact information.
Refund Policy
Installation appointments are refundable until 48hrs from the date and time booked. After this, a full refund is able to only be requested at the time of tuning. Time of tuning refunds are only available if the customer is dissatisfied with the product and wishes to return their vehicle to stock.
Time of tuning refunds require the tuned vehicle to be revert to the FACTORY tune file as designed by the vehicle's manufacturer. A Time of Tuning refund request will refund the purchase price minus a $75 fee. Any vehicles NOT returned to the stock tune will be ineligible for a refund. Once the appointment is complete and the customer accepts the install, full refunds are no longer available. See Cancellation/Return policy.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation: Appointments can be canceled up to 48hrs out from the selected date and time. Within 48hrs and the customer will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
No Show: Customers who do not request cancellation and subsequently do not attend the appointment will have their booking eligible for rescheduling for 48hrs following the selected date and time. After this time, the appointment price will be refunded minus a $100 No Show Fee.
Revert of Tune: Within 7 days following the tune appointment, customers may request a Revert of Tune. This will require the customer meet with an installation professional and have their vehicle revert to the FACTORY tune file as designed by the vehicle's manufacturer. After this occurs, the customer is entitled to a refund of the original purchase price minus a $75 fee.
