Physical products carry a 15 day return policy from the date the customer initially receives the items ordered. Restocking fees apply as follows:
Pre-Tuned ECUs: $120
OBD Cables: $120
Clothing/Apparel: $15
It is customer’s responsibility to review these terms before requesting the cancellation/return.
Shipping Policy:
Our standard processing/ship out time frame is 5-7 business days (NOT including actual shipping time – shipping time will be depending on the carrier & distance).*
Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.
You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email within the above referenced time frame, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, use the Contact Us page to request an update and we will provide you with the information for your order.
Please advise if you need your order by a certain date, contact us BEFORE your order is placed to make arrangements.
If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being unable to receive delivery, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the full shipping cost for your item to be reshipped.
*Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order.
Usage Policy:
None of our products can be used at any time on any emissions control vehicle that is used for anything other than off-road performance or competition use. ALL ECU tunes, Calibrations, flashes, files, datalogs, or anything in regard to the tune, tuning process, changes, are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.
TUNES & TUNE PACKS DO NOT MODIFY, DELETE, OR NEGATE ANY EMISSIONS CONTROL OR REPORTING SYSTEM. TUNES & TUNE PACKS DO NOT PROVIDE ANY FILE, CALIBRATION, ETC FOR THE PURPOSE OR USE OF DEFEATING ANY EMISSIONS TESTING OR REQUIREMENT. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS / REGULATIONS REGARDING YOUR INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS.
OUR TUNES AND FILES CANNOT BE USED IN ANY WAY TO CIRCUMVENT EMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS WHERE YOU LIVE FOR ANY REASON. THIS REGARDS ALL ENGINES, ALL ECUS, ALL FILES REGARDLESS OF CAR, MAKE, MODEL ETC.
– Any files or calibrations are developed only for the exact vehicle and drivetrain that it comes with from the factory, with exception to modifications that do not impact the legal usage of the vehicle.
– Calibrations do not modify or disable any emissions check, component, monitor
– Calibrations cannot be modified to disable any reporting component
– Calibrations cannot be modified or used for any vehicle except for the intended vehicle, exact ECU ID, and specifications that came from factory
– Products are for Competition/Off Road use only.
Waiver of Liability:
All tuning products, hereafter referenced as ‘the tunes’, are produced and distributed by Valley Tuning LLC an Ohio registered Limited Liability Company. Any use of these products comes at the consumer’s own risk. The company, Valley Tuning LLC, is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use, installation, or attempted modification of the tunes or damage which results from misuse, mechanical neglect, or manufacturer defect of the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure their vehicle is in proper mechanical condition at all times.
The tunes are for Competition or Off Road Use Only. It is the consumer’s own responsibility to check with their local and state governments regarding the legality of operating a modified vehicle within these jurisdictions. Any and all fines or imprisonments resulting from the illegal usage of competition or off road modifications, including the tunes, are the sole responsibility of the vehicle operator.
Valley Tuning LLC does not make any promise towards the functionality of the tune on any specific vehicle. No refunds are expressed or implied by Valley Tuning LLC regarding any digital product. Any refund to be issued will be done so on a case-by-case basis as determined by the company.
The consumer hereby agrees to these terms upon purchase. If professional installation is requested a separate agreement shall be issued regarding the services to be performed.
Web Usage Policy:
Note, our website may collect certain meta-data or other data from users that purchase from our website or download files. Information including: Geolocation , ip address, device information, etc may be permanently or temporarily stored by Valley Tuning. We do NOT share this information with anyone.
IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD OUR PRODUCTS YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED ABOVE. A SIGNATURE AGREEMENT WILL BE COMPLETED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.
Any file, software suite, license, data-log, information, data transmitted, Data stored on the ROM of the ECU is proprietary, intellectual properTy of Valley Tuning LLC. We reserve the right to cancel any calibration in the event of suspicion or confirmation that information and/or data from our ROMs, tunes, or data-logs are given out without our express permission. This is grounds for cancellation of tune product access without refund.
